This entity is a trust that does not have financial linkage to Jus’ Onco affordable cancer care. The financials are separately maintained. Jus’ Onco cancer care provides operational support, oncologist, specialist consultation for palliative care patients and also helps in training and managing staff requirements.

Voluntary Contributions:
All donations are made voluntarily. Donors are advised to verify all details before making a contribution.
Utilization of Funds:
Funds will be utilized solely for the Trust’s charitable objectives, especially in providing free or subsidized palliative care services, emotional support, medicines, and end-of-life care.
Tax Exemption (if applicable):
The Trust is registered under the Indian Trusts Act, and donations may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors seeking exemption must provide their PAN and contact details.
Accurate Information Required:
Donors must provide valid contact and ID details for issuance of tax exemption certificates and receipts.
Donation Methods:
Donations are accepted through bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or authorized payment gateways only. Cash donations over ₹2,000 are discouraged as per Income Tax norms.
No Refund Policy:
Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded or canceled under any circumstance.
Exceptions will only be made in case of proven fraudulent transactions or technical errors, subject to verification and approval by the Trust’s board.
Refund requests (in such exceptional cases) must be made within 7 working days via a written request with proof of transaction.
Use of Discretion:
The Trust reserves the right to allocate funds according to current needs and operational priorities. Donations will not be restricted to any one beneficiary unless agreed in writing.
Transparency and Reporting:
Donors may request periodic updates or financial reports. The Trust will maintain financial accountability through annual audits.
Limitation of Liability:
The Trust shall not be held liable for donor-side errors, third-party cyber fraud, or misuse of shared credentials.

நிதி பயன்படுத்தும் நோக்கம்:
அறக்கட்டளையின் நோக்கங்களுக்கே நிதி பயன்படுத்தப்படும் – குறிப்பாக, இலவசம் அல்லது மானியமளிக்கப்பட்ட பல்லியேட்டிவ் பராமரிப்பு, உணர்ச்சி ஆதரவு, மருந்துகள் மற்றும் இறுதிக்கால பராமரிப்பு சேவைகளுக்காக.
